How long is the subscription valid?
The subscription is valid for six months from the date of purchase.
I can't find my subscription in my mail
If after payment you cannot find the order confirmation letter and the letter with the subscription in the Inbox folder, then you should look in the Spam folder. It happens that your mail provider mistakenly considers our letter to be spam and places it there. The letter comes from the email address noreply@twinfly.space. The subject of the letter with the subscription is “You have received a coupon”. Open this letter, it contains detailed information about the purchased subscription, as well as the pdf file itself. Click on the link - “Download PDF with the coupon »” and save the file to your device. Or scroll down the letter, there you will also find the attached PDF file of the subscription.
Who can fly with a purchased subscription?
Anyone who meets the restrictions and is not younger than 4 years old and does not weigh more than 120 kg can fly.
Do I need to book in advance?
